
SPRING GARAGE CLEANING
The garages are scheduled to be power swept and power washed on Wednesday and Thursday, May 16th and 17th, 2012. Cleaning will begin promptly at 8 AM. The Pinnacle garage is scheduled for Wednesday, 5/16/12 Falls garage is scheduled for Thursday, 5/17/12. EVERYTHING MUST BE REMOVED FROM YOUR GARAGE STALL BEFORE 8 AM on cleaning day. Anything left in your garage stall will be disposed of at your expense. We recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to clean your garage stall as the dumpsters will be removed from the garages on cleaning days. Services Available to Residents Dear Resident, Can you relate to saying "so much to do and so little time"? Are you new to the area and haven't quite had time to familiarize yourself with local businesses? Are there a number of things you would rather do than drop off and pick up dry cleaning or clean your home? If you answered yes to any of these questions, read on... There are several dry cleaners that service Falls and Pinnacle residents. Services can be scheduled for twice weekly, weekly, or even on a will call basis. The cleaners provide you with bags and attached nametags for you to put your garments in. They check out a key at the management office in your absence (with your written authorization) to pick up the bags and deliver the clean items straight to your home.
